The Grandview of Westover Hills is an assisted living and memory care community. We completed multiple projects at this large building complex to help add to the home-like comfort and feel.

This was a nearly complete repaint of the exterior and interior. On the exterior, we washed, caulked and painted all the siding and trim, gutters, downspouts, and metal window plates. In addition, all the exterior beams and columns received a color change from a red that clashed a bit to a more complementary Sherwin Williams® Enduring Bronze. The exterior doorway and door also got a makeover.

On the interior, the walls of the lobby, both dining rooms, and virtually all the hallways had complete color changes and the interior designer we collaborated with did a great job making all the spaces look brighter and happy, with drapery and flooring and even artwork updates.
