COVID-19 Update
COVID-19 Update – While we are still committed to providing our services, we have made some adjustments to protect our customers and our employees.
We are carefully following the research and reporting related to the new Omicron variant, and we have not slacked off in taking appropriate precautions.
- We are scheduling as many exterior projects as weather conditions will allow in order to minimize time inside of clients’ homes. We are requesting that any clients who may be experiencing symptoms themselves postpone their quote appointments or scheduled projects.
- Each of our crews and our office team are operating independently of one another to minimize contact.
- Employees have been instructed to adopt CDC* recommendations regarding handwashing, maintaining physical distance, cleaning and disinfecting hard surfaces and tools, and staying home if they are not feeling well. Additionally, if safe distance can not be maintained, masks will be worn to reduce the risk of potential exposure.
- When at all possible, we will be using virtual meetings and phone to communicate with our staff.
- We have also given our customers the opportunity to schedule either an “in-person”¹ estimate or a “virtual”² estimate to make certain they are comfortable and safe.
We will continue monitoring the local and federal mandates regarding this developing emergency to ensure proper business practices going forward.
We appreciate your cooperation during this difficult time.
*For more info on how to protect yourself and your family, please visit the CDC website.
¹An IN-PERSON estimate is one that is performed on-site while maintaining the prescribed 6′ of distance from the customer at all times and follow all CDC guidelines for working safely. Where a safe distance is not possible, a mask will be worn to prevent potential exposure. We make a concerted effort not to touch surfaces in the home while performing an estimate, so your help in opening doors, etc. will help all involved remain safe.
²A VIRTUAL estimate will be conducted via FaceTime or Google Duo and requires the customer to provide some details and basic measurements to the estimator during a video chat.
